You contact us through the form on the Reseller page or via WhatsApp; we evaluate your case and set up your white-label account. Once the contract is confirmed and we've received your logo and domain, activation takes between 24 and 72 business hours, with a guided technical walkthrough before you start operating.

The Reseller plan is contracted on a six-month term that gives you access to the white-label platform; sends are contracted separately (monthly fee or prepaid packages). Your cost per client is low, and you charge for the value of the service: that's where your margin lives, and it grows with every new client. The Reseller page has a calculator.

No. The platform stays 100% under your brand, your logo, and your domain. arrobaMail doesn't appear in the interface your end users see, nor in the system's operational emails. Only you and your team see the relationship with arrobaMail.

Your clients don't see credits: they use generations (1 Amanda action = 1 generation) according to the monthly plan you assign them. You buy packages that load your license's credit pool, and the system draws from it the real consumption of each operation based on its complexity —an image consumes more than a subject line. Credits in your pool never expire.

You get priority support via WhatsApp, email, and Amanda AI (with onboarding sessions and technical reviews on higher-tier plans). Billing your clients is entirely on your side: you set the price, margin, and tax status; arrobaMail bills you for the license and consolidated sends.
