Yes, at your discretion. The platform lets you create accounts and assign them resources, so you can grant trial accounts to clients or contacts at no charge, with whatever limits you set. Usage draws from the license and sends you've contracted: there's no automatic free-plan signup like the one at arrobamail.com — you create and manage those accounts yourself.
You get priority support via WhatsApp, email, and Amanda IA. For Reseller Pro and Unlimited plans we add assisted onboarding sessions and, for Unlimited, quarterly technical reviews with our team.
That's entirely up to you. You decide how you charge, at what margin, and under what tax setup. arrobaMail invoices you for the consolidated license and sends; you invoice each client according to your business model.
