Withdrawal and Service Cancellation Button

Withdraw from your contract within 10 calendar days or request cancellation of the service, simply and at no cost. In accordance with Argentine Law 24,240 and Resolution 954/2025.

This page implements the Withdrawal Button and the Service Cancellation Button required by Argentine consumer-protection regulations (Law 24,240 and Resolution 954/2025 of the Undersecretariat for Consumer Protection and Fair Trading). You don't need to register or complete any prior procedure: fill out the form and you're done.


1. What can you do here?

Withdrawal (cancelling the purchase)

If you contracted a plan remotely (via the web), you can withdraw within 10 (ten) calendar days, counted from the contract or from activation of the service, whichever occurs last, without stating a reason and at no cost (article 34 of Law 24,240, article 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code, and Resolution 954/2025). Withdrawal is subject to the service not having started being performed at your request or with your consent: actual use — for example, sending campaigns, consuming credits, using AI, activating automations, or the API — may exclude withdrawal or adjust the refund in proportion to what was used (articles 1110 through 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code).

Cancelling the service

If you're already a client and want to cancel an active service, you can request it here, through the same channel you used to contract, in a simple way.

Before requesting cancellation, export whatever you want to keep (lists, campaigns, reports, templates, images). Once the cancellation is processed, the account and its data may be deleted and we do not guarantee their recovery or their availability if the account is reactivated in the future.

Under monthly and reseller plans contracted between businesses, a minimum 3-month term may apply (see Terms, section 3.4): you can still request cancellation, but payment obligations already assumed during that term remain due. If you are a consumer, you can cancel the service at any time.


2. How it works

  1. Fill out the form below (we only ask for the minimum needed to identify your account: your email and name).
  2. We receive your request and, within 24 hours, send you an identification code and arrange the means to carry out the withdrawal or cancellation.
  3. If the withdrawal applies (within the 10 calendar days and without use of the service), it is free of charge.

We do not ask you to register or complete any other procedure to use this channel.
