You choose what fits.

Monthly is a fixed fee with sends that renew every 30-day cycle. Prepaid is a one-time payment with credits valid for a year, no subscription. Unlimited (by subscriber base) charges based on your base size, and sends have no cap.

The cycle runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next: every 10th, your contracted volume becomes available again, whether you used it or not. It's not a calendar month, it's a fixed 30-day cycle. If you need extra sends during the cycle, you can add them with a top-up.

The prices shown exclude tax. If we issue an "A" invoice (Argentina), the corresponding 21% is added. For "B" or "C" invoices, the final price may vary based on your tax status.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want from your account. Monthly and Unlimited plans have a 3-month minimum commitment; Prepaid has none.

It's a fully functional account with access to every feature: 100 monthly sends and AI generations included to try Amanda IA, plus API and MCP access. No credit card required.

Every Amanda IA action (creating a campaign, requesting a change, generating a subject line, analyzing a send) uses 1 generation from your plan's monthly quota, which renews each cycle — unused generations don't roll over. If you run out, reach out to us and we'll adjust your quota based on your case. Resellers manage their own AI credit pool that supplies generations to their clients.

It depends on the plan. Monthly and Prepaid charge by send volume. Unlimited charges by subscriber capacity, with no cap on sends.

Yes. The official price list is in Argentine pesos, and we show reference values in USD and BRL converted at the official exchange rate. Invoices are issued in pesos for customers in Argentina, and in USD for international customers.
