Three billing models, one platform. Same Amanda IA, same deliverability, same API. What changes is how you pay based on how you send.

Irregular or seasonal use
You run occasional big campaigns, launches, one-off events. You don't want to pay every month. You pay when you use it, credits valid for 365 days.

Stable base, frequent communication
Your list is stable and you send often. You pay by subscribers, not by sends. Better cost-per-send ratio when volume is high and constant.

Table updated 2026
Three typical cases. If you see yourself in one, you already know where to start.
"We have 8,000 subscribers and send a newsletter every week, plus an occasional monthly promo."
Predictable volume, fixed fee, stable monthly invoice. A Monthly plan of ~32,000 sends/month comfortably covers it with room to spare.
"We launch products every 2-3 months and send big campaigns to 30-50k contacts per launch."
Irregular, project-based use. Prepaid plan: buy the credits you need, use them within 365 days, no fee for months without activity.
"A community of 50,000 active subscribers. We send content almost daily."
Stable base, high frequency. The Unlimited plan bills by subscribers, not by sends: the cost-per-send ratio improves when volume is high and constant.
Doesn't your case fit exactly with any of these?
Let's talk and figure out together what fits youYes. You can migrate between Monthly, Prepaid, and Unlimited at any time. If your business changes pace, the plan adapts. Unused credits from the previous plan are honored according to that type's terms (Prepaid credits are valid 365 days, Monthly sends don't roll over).
Core capabilities —Amanda IA, lists, segmentation, visual editor, templates, reports, API v3, and assisted deliverability— are available across the main plan types. What changes is the volume, the contracted capacity, the included AI generations, and each plan's commercial terms.
They don't roll over to the next month. The Monthly plan bills for the assigned monthly block. If your volume is irregular and you tend to under-use it, Prepaid is worth a look — what you bought stays valid for 365 days.
365 days from the purchase date. If you top up before they expire, the clock on the previous credits doesn't reset: each purchase keeps its own 12-month window. This gives you seasonality without losing what you paid for.
By the number of active subscribers in your list, not by sends. If your list is stable and you send a lot, the cost-per-send ratio drops compared to Monthly or Prepaid. Available monthly or annual with a discount.
Monthly and Unlimited have a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months (it's the standard anti-spam contract); Unlimited can be taken monthly or annual with a discount. Prepaid has no minimum: you buy and you use.
For that case we have a different scheme: the Reseller Plan with white label, hierarchical multi-account, custom branding, and priority support. More info at /en/reseller.
Free plan, AI generations included, no credit card required — and real support from a real team.
