Plans, payments, and changes, no fine print: what you need to choose and manage.
There are three plan types: Monthly (a fixed fee for a number of sends), Prepaid (credits valid for 365 days, no subscription), and Unlimited (uncapped sends against a fixed subscriber volume). Prices are shown in local currency (AR$, US$, and R$). If you're unsure, a 3-question guide can help.
The cycle runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next: every 10th, your contracted volume becomes available again, whether you used it or not. It's not a calendar month, it's a fixed 30-day cycle. If you need extra sends during the cycle, you add them with a top-up.
The prices shown don't include tax. If we issue an "A" invoice (Argentina), the corresponding 21% VAT is added. For "B" or "C" invoices the final price may vary depending on your tax status.
It depends on the plan. Monthly and Prepaid charge by send volume. Unlimited charges by subscriber capacity, with uncapped sends.
The official price list is in Argentine pesos, with reference values in US$ and R$ at the official exchange rate. Invoices are issued in pesos for customers in Argentina and in US$ for international customers. Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, and Mercado Pago (in Argentina, with autopay), depending on your country.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. On Monthly, the change applies to the next cycle, with a minimum 3-month commitment for Monthly and Unlimited; Prepaid has no minimum commitment.
Prepaid credits expire 365 days after the last top-up. As a policy, amounts paid are non-refundable except for a material error attributable to arrobaMail; the details are in the terms.
It's an optional annual add-on: US$200 a year, with a welcome benefit of 50% off the first year, so you start out paying US$100. In Argentina it's billed at its peso equivalent. It's not mandatory and can be added to any plan; we especially recommend it if you send regularly (100,000+ sends a month, Unlimited plans, or reseller). You add it as an annual payment when you sign up; when the year is up, we offer you renewal.
