With your sender verified and your list ready, comes the most visible part: building the message and sending it. This guide covers the three stages — create, optimize, and send. If you want the guided step-by-step, it's in the create your first campaign tutorial.
The four ways to create the message
arrobaMail lets you choose how you build the email, based on what suits you:
- Visual designer (drag and drop): text, image, button, and column blocks you arrange without touching code. The most balanced option between control and simplicity.
- With Amanda IA: tell it your idea and it generates the copy, the subject lines, and even the images, in your brand's voice. Get to know it in depth in Amanda IA.
- Advanced mode (HTML): paste your own HTML if you already have the piece built.
- From a URL: start from an existing web page to reuse its content.
You can combine them: for example, generate a base with Amanda and then adjust blocks in the designer.
Templates and library
So you don't start from scratch every time, you get a catalog of templates and a personal library where you save your own designs and reuse them in future campaigns. It's how you keep consistency and save time when you send often.
Personalization with dynamic fields
An email that says "Hi, María" performs better than one that says "Hi." With dynamic fields you insert data from each subscriber — name, city, any custom field from your list — and the system fills it in automatically for each person when sending. The richer your list, the more you can personalize.
Optimizing before you send
The difference between a campaign that gets opened and one that gets ignored comes down to a few details. Before sending, check:
- The subject line: it's the first filter. Clear, concrete, and honest; it should promise what the email delivers.
- The preheader: that preview text next to the subject line. It's a valuable addition, don't leave it blank.
- The mobile preview: most people read from their phone. Check that it looks good on a small screen.
- A single CTA: one clear call to action, with a single goal. If you ask for five things, you get none.
- A free test send: send the campaign to your own inbox and read it the way your subscriber would.
Tip: besides the test to your own inbox, arrobaMail runs automatic technical checks and can offer you an AI-powered content analysis before sending — which detects potential clarity or deliverability issues. It's optional and adds peace of mind for important campaigns.
Send or schedule
Once the message is ready, you choose:
- Immediate send: it goes out as soon as you confirm.
- Scheduled send: you pick the date and time. Useful for reaching your audience at the best moment.
From there, arrobaMail's sending engine takes care of delivering at a good pace, adapting speed to each mail provider to protect your reputation. You can follow the send's status in real time.
Important: on frequency, less is more when there's no strategy behind it. Sending too much tires out your audience and drives up unsubscribes. A steady, expected cadence always wins.
And after the send
The campaign doesn't end when it goes out: it ends when you learn from it. Who opened, who clicked, what worked and what didn't. That reading is the raw material for your next improvement, and you work through it in statistics and reports.
